October 27, 2016 To Whom It May Concern: As an instructor in Leadership and Teacher Education in the College of Education at the University of South Alabama, I am writing you in support of Paula Holt and her desire to become a teacher at your school.   Ms. Holt was a student of mine during her Tier 2 experience in our teacher education studies. She was in my Teaching Reading course, where she learned to apply best practice instructional methods in the areas of reading and writing.  Paula achieved above average scores in this course and demonstrated competence and creativity in the area of teaching literacy.  She maintained a professional attitude, as well as being punctual and submitting assignments on time.
